BookingUpdraft: a conspiracy of movementis available for performances and site-specific bookings throughout the year. Because of its focus on community education and development, Updraft is especially well-suited for artistic residencies and lecture demonstrations in schools and other learning environments. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS for Updraft: a conspiracy of movement Updraft: a conspiracy of movement provides all aerial apparatus (trapeze, aerial fabric rigs, harness), rigging hardware, ropes, webbing, costumes, recorded music, or live music—according to presentation. We generally handle our own rigging with assistance from the theater’s Technical Director. When rigging issues are more complex, we consult with professional theater riggers who are trained, licensed, bonded, and insured. The rigging specifications offered here are intended as guidelines and some are more flexible than others. Prior to booking, we can arrange a site visit to tour your facility and assess its capacity for aerial work.
